At Gutzwiller, we believe it is important to put something back, as well as to reflect the diverse interests of our clients and people (cultural and sporting), in ways that recognise talent and encourage its development.
Partnership with LISTE
Gutzwiller has been involved with LISTE - Art Fair Basel since the very beginning in 1996, and it has grown to become one of the world's most prestigious art fairs for emerging artists and dealers. It takes place alongside Art Basel in June each year. Since 1997, Gutzwiller has been the main sponsor, perfectly illustrating our commitment to long-term partnerships and standing the test of time. For more information, see www.liste.ch.
Gutzwiller is a main partner of La Cetra Barockorchester & Vokalensemble, one of the world's leading Baroque music ensembles. Its mission is to bring to life the music of the past with a fresh, dynamic and contemporary approach. It is based in Basel, but performs in leading concert halls internationally. Gutzwiller is also a partner of Allgemeine Musikgesellschaft Basel (AMG), which has long been synonymous with concerts of the highest quality.
As an organisation resolutely committed to quality, we are proud to support the Gramophone Classical Music Awards, renowned for recognising the best in classical music. As well as being associated with the Opera category, we support its live broadcast on Medici TV, ensuring the event can be enjoyed by classical music fans worldwide.
Gutzwiller has also been active for many years in the historic car scene. Our emphasis is very much on participation, being part of the community and supporting community-based initiatives. We are a partner of the Historic Endurance Rallying Organisation, and are associated with the Classic Marathon and the London to Lisbon Classic Rally. We also support the Rallye des Caprices, the leading ladies' rally in Switzerland.
As a private bank founded in 1886, partnering Centenary Tennis Clubs (CTC) represents a natural fit for Gutzwiller. CTC is an umbrella group of clubs more than 100 years old, including some of the most prestigious clubs in the world. Founded in 1996, CTC has historic links with the International Olympic Committee, and is recognised by the International Tennis Federation. It represents 'over 100 years of tennis tradition - inspiring future generations'.
